Company (ACT) is
the largest domestic manufacturer of standard single
point brazed carbide tipped tools. We have over 50 years
of tool making experience.
ACT offers the widest ranges of styles, sizes, and grades
in the industry. Additionally, our inventories are unsurpassed,

Known for the uncompromising excellence of our products,
we have applied our years of tool manufacturing expertise
to our Precision Tool Division. ACT’s Precision
Tool Division produces the most advanced cutting tools
including PCD (polycrystalline diamond) & CBN (cubic
boron nitride) tipped inserts and tools, as well as precision
ground cutting tools made from carbide and other materials.
The result is precision tools of the highest quality.
Our capabilities have been further enhanced by our move
to a new 36,000 square foot facility.
This, along with our continued commitment to improving
our capabilities by investing in leading edge equipment,
has enabled us to continue to provide superior quality
tools.
ACT has a long-term tradition of using and providing
only premium materials. In keeping with that tradition,
all of our stock PCD & CBN inserts are made with
only the highest grade superabrasives materials purchased
from leading manufacturers. ACT can also, upon your request,
supply specific grades of PCD & CBN from their respective
manufacturers to suit your particular needs.
The combination of our Standard Tool Division’s
high volume production operation and our Precision Tool
Division’s state-of-the-art equipment provide ACT
with a unique capability. Our large inventories of steel
and carbide enable us to provide precision special tools
faster and more economically than our competitors. |
